Super Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preparation Time: 20 minutes Baking Time: 13-15 minutes Chilling Time: 30 minutes Servings: 10 large cookies Ingredients: For the wet ingredients you'll need: 60g unsalted butter (melted) 75g coconut sugar (or brown sugar) 25g white sugar 1/2 egg (well beaten; at room temperature) 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1 tbsp maple syrup (15ml) For the dry ingredients you'll need: 100g flour 1/2 tsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips *1/4 tsp is equivalent to a "pinch" with measuring spoon standards. How to Prepare: 1) You'll need two bowls to mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately. 2) In one bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar.
