SOFT DINNER ROLLS




Ingredients: 
3/4 cup warm milk
2 tbsp melted butter melted
3/4 tbsp active dry yeast
1/6 cup sugar (half of 1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine warm milk (~110F), melted butter, salt, sugar and yeast. Whisk and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

2. Add flour in small portions until the dough is no longer sticky.

3. Knead dough for 10-12 min by hand, then place in an oiled bowl. Cover it with a towel and let it rise for about an hour in a warm place.

4. Once the dough rises, remove it from the bowl and cut it into 12 even pieces. Shape each piece into a round shape and place them on an oiled baking sheet next to each other.

5. Cover the dinner rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise another 30 minutes in a warm place until puffed.

6. Once puffed, bake at 175 C for about 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

7. Brush tops with melted butter and set aside to cool to room temperature before serving.
